"Lockheed Martin Melbourne Operations has contracted Building Management Systems (BMS) on several occasions since 2010. In 2010 they were contracted to refit our 64,000 SF facility with approximately 25,000 SF of office space. Most recently, in 2014, they expanded a conference room requiring significant demolition, erection of new interior walls, lighting and electrical work. BMS performed much of the work with their employees. They subcontracted the electrical and painting for this project but were there at all times to oversee the project to make sure it was done to their standards. This was done during normal work hours while the building was occupied. We have been very pleased and satisfied with their work. They are on time, professional, and their work is always above standard."
