BMS was founded and incorporated by Doug Padgett and Mike Hampton on September 15, 1981. Quickly making their mark in Brevard County, BMS was one of the first firms in the late 80’s to offer true Design-Build services utilizing in-house architecture and pre-engineered metal building facilities. Over a span of 5 different decades, BMS has partnered with hundreds of local small businesses and corporate clients including Space Coast Credit Union, L3Harris, Health First, Brevard County School Board, Melbourne Airport Authority, Animal Medical Clinic, Space Coast Regional Airport, Cape Canaveral Port Authority, and hundreds of small Brevard County Businesses.
