Building Management Systems Inc., is a full-service firm that can essentially assist clients from the onset to completion of their building projects. We utilize today's advanced technology in the field by using iPhones and iPads utilizing PlanGrid® software. We have the ability to deliver real time project information by viewing current plans using PlanGrid®. Plan revisions are automatically inserted in order so we are always working from the latest drawings without losing access to the project history.

With the ability to mark-up plans with notes and photos right from the field, PlanGrid® allows us to provide drawings, reporting, punch lists, RFI's, specifications and easy coordination and handover by generating As-builts and reports to the team. All information is "synced" to all team member devices allowing everyone to have the most current documentation available.

We have designed, purchased, and erected 3,000,000 SF of energy efficient, maintenance free steel buildings. We have the latest in design software that allows our office to develop a metal building to fit your project needs and budget.
